"Sledge's Shotgun" is the only weapon from Borderlands to have returned in Borderlands 2. Sporting a very different style and working in a completely new fashion, the only real thing that has returned is the name of the weapon and nothing more. The red flavor text on the shotgun causes it to burst fire rather than single shot. A very useful weapon to equip against mini-bosses within the game. Sledge's Shotgun can be obtained from Smash Head who is located in "The Fridge".
